mEET THE brewer: Bringing balance with bucha
In 2010, Tami Jervis and her family went to Haiti after the massive earthquake that struck Port Au Prince. It was there that the imbalance in the world broke the hearts of the Jervis family. This is where the journey to restore balance began. Combining her passion for nutrition, fermentation, and HAITI, Tami began brewing up a storm in her very own kitchen that eventually lead to the launch of TAPTAP KOMBUCHA. TAPTAP KOMBUCHA exists to provide education for the kids of Cite Soley, Haiti. Drink up my friends, and bring on the balance!!
